Boundaries don’t need to be perfect — just clear. Avoiding a boundary often means you fear conflict, rejection, or disappointing someone. But clarity is kindness, and it protects your peace. One sentence is enough.


Self‑Care for Mind, Body & Spirit:

  • Mind: Use the “One Sentence Boundary”: “To take care of myself, I need…”

  • Body: Sit upright, breathe deeply once, and speak your boundary aloud.

  • Spirit: Ask, “What part of me feels relieved when I say this?”
