Here to Walk Beside You.

Becoming Her Sisterhood was born from my own journey of survival, rebuilding, and rising into a life I once thought was out of reach. My story is not just about what I've overcome—it's about the purpose I discovered along the way: helping women like you reclaim their power, their peace, and their most authentic life.

MY STORY

From Surviving to Becoming

I am a childhood and adult sexual assault survivor. I am a survivor of physical and emotional abuse. I am a woman in long‑term recovery from sex addiction — a trauma‑rooted pattern I began healing years ago and continue to tend with mindfulness, honesty, and compassion. I am someone who walked through a mental breakdown and severe burnout so deep it stole more than a year of my memory. And I am a woman navigating progressive vision loss from retinitis pigmentosa — a journey that has taught me surrender, resilience, and the quiet power of faith.

For most of my life, I lived as the hyper‑independent woman who could handle anything. I worked from the time I was 14, built a career in male‑dominated industries, raised a family, and carried the emotional weight of everyone around me. I held it all together — until my nervous system could no longer hold me. I had abandoned myself in the name of survival.

So, I began the slow, sacred work of rebuilding.

I tended to the body I had ignored. I honored the grief I had buried. I deepened my recovery. I released relationships that could not meet me where I was. I stepped away from noise and chose peace over performing. I learned to breathe again. And in that stillness, I found a power I had never allowed myself to hold — a power rooted in softness, truth, and self‑returning.

Through my own becoming, I realized that many women live silently: We carry entire worlds inside us — trauma, identity, expectations, emotional labor, desire, grief, hope — often without a place to lay any of it down.

Becoming Her Sisterhood is that place.

A trauma‑aware, spiritually grounded, inclusive space for all women — including trans women, neurodivergent women, disabled women, women in recovery, women healing from trauma, and women navigating identity, transition, and rebirth.

I became a Behavioral Change Coach because no woman should have to walk the path of self‑abandonment, burnout, or transformation alone.

My mission is simple and sacred: To help women reclaim their nervous system, their voice, their joy, and their power — not by pushing harder, but by coming home to themselves. To guide women through the thresholds that shape us. To honor healing and growth. To remind every woman that softness is strength, and balance is a birthright.

I am still becoming — still tending my recovery, my balance, my longevity, my peace. And I walk beside every woman who is ready to rise in her own way, at her own pace, in her own truth.

Welcome to Becoming Her Sisterhood. Welcome to your becoming.
