🌿 Week 11 — Evening Ceremony

Oct 2
1 min read

Evening rituals help your body release the day. When you close your day intentionally, you signal to your nervous system that it’s safe to rest, soften, and let go. Ceremony creates closure.

Self‑Care for Mind, Body & Spirit:

  • Mind: Write a 3‑word gratitude statement. “I am grateful for the crickets sont”

  • Body: Stretch gently for 10 seconds — neck or shoulders.

  • Spirit: Say: “I release today.”
