🌿 Week 5 — Relationship Limits

Aug 21
1 min read

Your generosity is beautiful — but without limits, it becomes self‑abandonment. Relationship tension often shows up when you’ve been giving more than you receive or when your needs go unspoken. Loving limits protect your wellbeing.

Self‑Care for Mind, Body & Spirit:

  • Mind: Write one sentence naming what feels “too much” in a relationship.

  • Body: Practice the phrase aloud: “I’m not available for that, but here’s what I can offer.”

  • Spirit: Place your hand over your heart and affirm: “My needs matter.”

Reflect privately or connect with me if you’d like support setting loving, trauma‑aware limits.
