🌿 Week 1 — Body Tension Awareness

Jul 24
1 min read

Your body speaks before your mind does. Tension gathers in the shoulders, jaw, chest — not by accident, but because your body holds what your voice hasn’t said yet. These tight places often show up when you’ve carried too much, moved too fast, or ignored a need quietly asking for care. One breath. One sentence. Honor the signal.

Self‑Care for Mind, Body & Spirit:

  • Mind: Write one sentence naming where tension lives today.

  • Body: Place one hand on your chest and one on your belly. Inhale for 4, exhale for 6 — repeat for three cycles.

  • Spirit: Sit quietly for 30 seconds and ask, “What is this tension trying to tell me?”

Save this reflection or reach out if you’d like support learning to listen to your body.
